Golden Sprouts


Jars of golden sprouts.
Tender shoots.

Two new paintings in my jar series.
Terrariums, greenhouses in a ball jar.
Earth toned stratum, heavily patterned layers.
The patterns remind me of Grant Wood's 
stylized pastoral landscapes.
