Sorry for the fuzzy picture. It's the best I could do.
I have been stalking her for days, trying to take a picture.
She is not at all happy about our comings and goings
and is constantly on the move. It can't be good for the little eggs.
I do hope they will hatch!
You are so lucky to have a nesting bird at your house. What ever possessed her to build it where it is busy though? I hope your eggs hatch. Let us know if they do!
ReplyDeleteIt wasn't the greatest spot to build a nest! I will let you know if there is a hatching!
ReplyDeletewhat a wonderful snapshot!

ReplyDeletemy brother has been watching a robin family this spring too. - built the nest in much the same sort of location as yours.

Wow! That is wonderful! Today I saw mama with a worm! They must have hatched! I will try to get more pictures.
ReplyDeletehow wonderful-- what a great picture holly--despite the fuzziness! we have mostly sparrows in the city, but we've had a cardinal pair and blue jay pair at our feeder this spring. and i love your yellow warblers in the post above-- a striking pair!
