I'm quite a cat person, myself, but I LOVE the exuberance of dogs chasing each other around! Such full-on joy... they look quite happy in the photo. If ever a dog were to come live with me, I think it might be a Border Collie....
how adorable and what fun your dog must have getting to run with like minded buddies. i love border collies-- they're so darn smart.-- great photo hollie!
Ah, so beautiful! My family just started volunteering w/ border collie rescue. It wasn't a breed we knew much about before, but now I have to stop every time I see their classic black and white. :D What a great picture!
Birdie is a rescue and would have gone to a shelter if not for a woman who fostered the young pups. Sara it's so great that your family is volunteering with border collie rescue. Wonderful.
Clare, Birdie doesn't herd me, but she runs at warp speed! Two of her border collie pals are working dogs and they herd sheep. : )
they're beautiful and i just know they're so smart! a border collie was my DREAM dog growing up. i still have pictures i used to draw of them. i would sit inside on rainy days and draw my imaginary border collie. haha!
