I love collecting little bits of nature on my daily walks.
The hummingbird nest was quite a find. It was on the ground just waiting to be noticed.
I pulled my latest specimens together for a closer look.
I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful....I love the idea of collecting and labeling (I was a library cataloger for many years, after all!) and these photos are luscious. I had that Hummingbird Cabinet (I can't remember the exact title at the moment) book you mentioned on my Christmas wish list....but sadly Santa didn't bring it....I'm still pining for it and will get it as soon as the funds flow more fully!
