Little Miss Sunshine
Every dog we've ever had loves to bathe in the sun. Birdie is no exception.
Our little miss sunshine always seeks out those warm, golden rays of light.
With a great big yawn she settles in for a little nap. While I'd like to nap too,
that's my cue to break out my brushes and get a little painting done.

Studio | Sneak Peek
Last summer I started to play around with designing fabrics, which has always been a dream of mine.
Life was a little hectic and busy and I put the project on the back burner for some time.
Well, I finally ordered my fabric samples and they are fabulous, better than I imagined.
The designs still need a little tweaking before I make them available for purchase,
but the possibilities are endless and I can't wait to develop this collection.
I'm inspired to reupholster a little bench that I have in my bedroom and I'm finding it's so hard to choose!

Fungus Among Us
Even though we've had some really warm days this week, nature isn't moving as fast as my brush.
Nevertheless, the bare, lichened trees have inspired some new paintings.
