Fine Lines

These are my latest line drawings
of little birds and dogwood blossoms.
Drawn with a quill-type nib and my new
sepia brown calligraphy ink.
What do you think?

Love these...and love brown ink! BTW-what kind of watercolors do you use? I have always been a watered down fluid acrylic gal but recently started using wc.~Beth

Hi Beth! I use a variety of tube watercolor paint, mostly Windsor Newton or Grumbacher. The ink is Speedball, I just discovered all the pretty colors available and I am looking forward to mixing them to create even more colors!
