Feeding Frenzy

A feeding frenzy of finches on my feeders!

I know it sounds crazy, but I've never had bird feeders before and I love it!

Yesterday I counted about eighty goldfinches and purple finches around the feeders.

I've also had a few woodpeckers, chickadees, tufted titmice, wrens and sparrows too.

I could watch them all day!

The Borders

Our Birdie (left) and her Border Collie buddies! It is amazing to watch them romp through the fields.

They are a highly entertaining pack. They play and chase and run soooo fast!

I can't believe they sat still for a picture!

My Tools

My tools of the trade: brushes, palette, paint.

I'm working today. It's quiet, the light is nice, not too bright.

For you, my dear readers, I'm having a little pop-up sale in my shop this week!

Find the details in the sidebar on the left!

A Profusion of Petals

Even on this grey day the magnolia blossoms are lovely!

I'm painting away and promise to have some new watercolors to show you soon.

Have a lovely weekend all!

Golden

I'll be working in my flower beds today. Doing a little spring clean up.

But first, the giveaway, I picked one winner at random for my fat quarter bundle.

And the lucky winner is: Jodi from Yew Tree Nights! Congratulations!

Thank you all for your kind messages, I truly enjoyed reading them.

Have a great weekend!
